Why Uber will disappear!

You will wipe your competitors out of business after reading this!
(its not only about Uber its about your business too)

Uber is worth more then 70 Billion dollars and it is the first
company to Cut the middle man and offer direct Taxi service.
If I would say Uber provides

“ Personal Drivers for every one “
Then it won’t be wrong.

But

why Uber will go bankrupt when it is such huge company
with 75 Million Users all across the world with 3 Million
registered Drivers.
Here are all those things which will be Reason for Uber to
disappear soon.

Drivers are not happy Working with Uber

Drivers? What?

Why does drivers matter when they will soon start using
Self driving Cars?
Using “ Self driving cars “ is a possibility for Uber to
survive (generate Good revenue)

But

There is not a chance that Uber will be able to use self
driving cars completely in next 5 Years, until then
Uber Needs Drivers that’s why Uber have to take care
of Peoples who drive for Uber.

but

Uber has said that:

"Uber is not employing any driver, Drivers are
working as contractor with us"

that's not the way you deal with peoples who work for
you, whether they are working for you as contractor or
not. they are part of you and if you are not gonna respect
Peoples who work for you,Some one else will and they
will benefit from your weaknesses.

More then 40% of drivers who Working for Uber.
are not satisfied Financially,

“ its Good to be your Own boss working for Uber until
you have to pay for gasoline, oil, insurance, car
registration, repairs, maintenance etc ”

Poor customer service

Whether i talk about Uber drivers or passengers, every
one is complaining about Uber's Poor customer service
,they are just focused on expanding all acroos the
world day by day but Quality of their service is very
Low,which is gonna hurt them in long term because
One day Uber will be available to whole world but
no one will be willing to use it.

why?
because peoples don't care about how big
company is, Peoples care about how the comapny
is treating them and that's what which makes a
trillion dollar Amazon or Bankrupt toys r us.

Now Look at Lyft!

No one is critisizing on them.Why because they are
branding them selves as Driver friendly Company,If
i would say they are learning from Uber's mistake by
keeping a step back then it won't be wrong.

Uber does'nt have Good cashflow

Uber is taking 20%-25% cut from drivers,its still not
enough for Uber that's why they went public recently

and

they are still burning Millions of dollars every
Month in researching and finding new ways to cut
their expenses.

Seriously Self driving cars are Only
hope for Uber to survive other wise Uber has to find
some other ways to generate cash flow!

Yes, let me explain what sources of cash flow can be
built from Uber's Business model.

They have more then 14 million peoples using their
service every day.

Right?

these peoples spend almost 5-10 minutes minimum
with them.

so they have attention of 14 Million peoples for 5-10
minutes every day.

They can monetize their attention like facebook and
Youtube is doing.i'm not saying they should put ads
on their apps,

but

You know Peoples spend a lot of time in cars so
Instead of app they should do some thing with cars.
Cars have seat covers and installing a screen monitor
in cars and putting ad on them could really be a
profitable idea!

So

Question for you!

" How would you feel if you are sitting in an Uber
and there is a seat monitor where you can play
any music or movie but there will be some ads
too? "

lets talk about another factor that will cause Uber went
disappear!

Uber is not good with branding

Yes!

Uber has only focus on advertising and sponsoring in
events like Cricket World cup but that's not enough
when you are on hit from your own workers
(i mean drivers who complain about Uber bad service)
They have to influence their audience in order to survive
for more then 30-40 years.
So
what do i mean?

Look what Apple did!

Do you think apple has best products in world?

No!

but

the reason we buy apple with out any hesitation
because we Love Apple,we love the way apple's
products are placed in front of us.Peoples love
Steve jobs and that's what which made apple to
survive till 2019

and

become first Trillion dollar company.

So

here is the biggest threat to not just Uber, Lyft
and every other company on same business model
as Uber.
Tesla i mean Elon musk has recently
announced that they are about to introduce an app
which will enable peoples to turn their Tesla into
a cash flow in less then $28000.

Yes!

it is Self driving car which cost 1/4th of what
average car's fuel cost is.
Yeh Elon musk is coming behind you Uber!
Elon is just a smart guy, you know he just
wiped every one out!

You have heard that saying

"The war You can win, is the only
One worth Fighting"

Who will compete with $28000 self driving
car which you can control with an app!
if i had to bet a Billion dollars,i would bet
my all money on Tesla.
There is not a chance that any one will be able
to compete with Tesla Now.

This is totally One sided game!

Right?

My suggestion to Uber is to partner up with
Tesla or just stop wasting Peoples Money!
